Then he cooked the first meal from this wonderful chicken. A roast dinner, just using the crown. We had it with roasted potatoes, onions and parsnips. Plus steamed, spring greens and carrots. He does a little trick while roasting the bird. For a while he turns it over and cooks it on it’s back.
