Life and Living
If happiness was a currency, what kind of work would make you rich?
I don’t need to do much work to make my self happy. Thats why I am not rich. I write and love to write and that does make me happy. So I guess in your scenario writing would make me rich.
Are you doing what you believe in, or are you settling for what you are doing?
Its very difficult in life to do what you believe in, it is far easier to settle. As I say on my sister blog “the biggest human temptation is to settle for too little.” I believe in my life. Its not always been that way. So many times I hazily looked into the distance knowing I was in the wrong place. Where I am now fires me. Sometimes for good. Sometimes bad. But always with passion.
If the average human life span was 40 years, how would you live your life differently?
By not worring so much about being different. Rather by just enjoying being quirky instead. Also by trying to be more upfront and honest and believe in me and my capabilities.
Are you more worried about doing things right, or doing the right things?
When I was bringing up my children I wanted to do it right. Before my kids and now its much more about doing the right thing for me – not being brainwashed by any outside forces.
If you could offer a newborn child only one piece of advice, what would it be?
Have faith in yourself, challenge yourself and others and don’t settle for less than you are worthy of.
Bonus on Life and Living: When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
Good question. I am confident that I will have done more than I have said ;- But I expect there is still time to reverse that…
My Personal Bonus on Life and Living:
